Superpower!
I think we've all had this conversation at one time or another: If you could choose one power or ability to weld, what would it be? Hard to dispute someone's choice because they're all pretty cool: Having the power to fly, read people's minds, become invisible at will...all pretty neat tricks. At the moment, if I could choose, I would pick the ability to time travel.
It might be a sort of 'fad' power as you might run out of things you want to see, but I think it would be pretty awesome to witness some historical (and maybe not so historical) events by having the power to travel through time. Having the choice between seeing events unfold anonymously or actual be able to be seen and interact with everything physically would be great, too. I'm not much of a history buff, but I still get amazed when I'm presented with or see objects that are very, very old. Having the power to see where these object originated from, and who handled them, would be something unreal.
Even just re-living or witnessing events in my own life would be special in itself. I'm finding as time passes my memory of things fades somewhat. It's like not all of the details are there, and my memory's interpretation of the events in question may not be completely accurate so I'd want to see those again. Of course, some very special moments in my life, such as the birth of my daughter, won't leave my mind any time soon but it'd still be awesome to relive it whenever I wanted...it's like the ultimate home video.
